I have it in this car by the way. Raising the duty sopenoid increases boost pressure, while lowering the duty cycle will reduce boost pressure. Thank you for your help. So just for fun I raised the whole map to and hoped to feel a difference and sadly no luck either. I still got 9 psi and felt no difference at all.

However I have a few issues that I am trying to fix. No issues with it.
I don’t know why it boosts 9 if I have an 11 psi spring maybe I have an exhaust leak?. I will try that this morning to see if that fixes the problem.
